Our Return Policy
We offers hassle-free returns for items purchased within 30 days of purchase for new, unused products in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label and handling will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items that are listed as final sale can’t be returned. We are also unable to offer gift returns and exchanges at this time.
DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS:
If you’d like to make a return on any products originally purchased on our website, please start your return.
Print and affix the return shipping label to a box that includes the items you are returning, including a copy of your initial order receipt inside the box, and drop it off at any UPS Shipping Center. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
You will receive your refund (and email notification) as soon as your return is inspected and received back into inventory. Please allow up to 14 days for this process.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
All international orders are final sale and ineligible for return or refund. For any questions regarding international ordering, please visit our International FAQs. If you have any other questions surrounding your international order placed, please contact us for further assistance.
RETAILER:
If you are trying to return a purchases made with an authorized Retail Partner, please refer to the store’s policy. Returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.
AMAZON:
All sales purchased on AMAZON will need to be returned and processed through AMAZON. If your product purchased through AMAZON arrives damaged, please contact AMAZON’S Customer Service directly for further assistance.
BUY WITH PRIME:
If you place an order and checkout using BUY WITH PRIME, you will need to process your return through your personal AMAZON account. If your product purchased through BUY WITH PRIME arrives damaged, please contact AMAZON’S Customer Service directly for further assistance.
DISNEY SPRINGS AND ROCKEFELLER CENTER LOCATION:
At Disney Springs® The Landing and Rockefeller Center will allow returns only on products purchased at the store within 30 days from purchase with a valid receipt of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Online purchases can not be returned at Disney Springs® The Landing or Rockefeller Center. Any purchase made online can only be returned to us.
SHOP PREMIUM OUTLET:
All SHOP PREMIUM OUTLET orders are final sale and ineligible for return
WARRANTY CLAIM:
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. However, items damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect may be eligible for replacement. Please see Warranty policy.*
At Disney Springs® The Landing Returns
At Disney Springs® The Landing will allow returns only on products purchased at the store within 30 days from purchase with a valid receipt of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Online purchases can not be returned at Disney Springs® The Landing. Any purchase made online can only be returned to us.
Any warranty claims can not be done at Disney Springs® The Landing. Disney Springs Brand Ambassador may assist customers with warranty claims online.
Any products purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original retailer.
My return was delivered to you, but I have not been refunded.
Please expect 3-7 business days for your return to arrive back at our warehouse. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it may take a bit of time to be checked back into our inventory (expect about 5-10 business days).
Once inspected and checked back into inventory by our Warehouse Team, your refund will automatically process and an email notification will be sent to you. If it has been longer than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us and you have not been refunded, please reach out to Customer Service.
I received the refund notification email, but do not see it back on my card.
The refund notification email is to alert the customer that the refund has been initiated. From the time the notification email is sent, it can take between 3-5 business days for that refund to be processed by your bank.
If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact your bank and they will be able to further assist you.
I paid with a gift card, how will my refund be processed?
If a gift card was used on your purchase, along with another form of payment, the gift card will be refunded first. If more than the original gift card amount needs to be refunded, the difference will then be refunded to the second form of payment.
